Refund Policy

Full Refund: Available up to 14 days before the event (April 9, 2026). Request by emailing tickets@gravite.fun with your order ID.

50% Refund / Full Credit: Available between April 9 and April 16, 2026. The credit can be applied to our next event.

No Refund: Within 7 days of the event (after April 16, 2026). Tickets may still be transferred to another person at no charge.

Event Cancellation: If Gravité cancels or postpones the event for any reason, all ticket holders will receive a full refund automatically within 5–10 business days.

Add-Ons: Add-on refunds follow the same policy as ticket refunds. Photo/Video packages cannot be refunded after delivery.
